TAG Media Limited (TAG), the leading iGaming marketing and business development consultancy, has joined forces with Isle of Man based SMP Partners, the Island’s premier provider of consulting and corporate services to the international online gambling sector. This deal will enable TAG to offer brokerage, M&A transactional support and advisory services to iGaming affiliates looking to explore acquisition and exit opportunities.
TAG Media has more than seven years experience of providing trusted independent affiliate marketing services through GameOn Affiliates, which it acquired at the end of 2015. During this time, the company developed a strong network of contacts operating in the affiliate space and ties to a range of investment partners positioning the company as the ideal launch pad to act as a broker to affiliates seeking an exit or looking to acquire successful affiliate businesses.
SMP Partners recently launched SMP eGaming, a bespoke eGaming Consultancy, at ICE and through the partnership with TAG Media, has extended its services to provide advisory and transactional support to affiliates. The services, which include sale preparation, due diligence, support around intellectual property, direct and indirect tax related matters, drafting of and support in concluding sale and purchase agreements will be delivered through SMP Accounting & Tax and other companies within the Group. Services are bespoke and not limited to Isle of Man and UK businesses, with SMP Partners’ reach extending through all major eGaming jurisdictions and corresponding markets.
