SiteCall – Mobile collection system
SiteCall provides field based collection personnel with an easy to use and feature packed mobile application that can be used on a variety of devices including laptops, tablets and hybrid devices.
SiteCall fully manages the collection process from start to finish and processes the most challenging of terms configurations whilst providing advanced functionality for claims, floats, prize and ticket payments, shortfall collection and customer debt recovery.

TechCall – Mobile engineering application
The TechCall mobile application connects field based engineers to OneOS®, delivering service jobs instantly to their device,.
All information is stored locally so even if working in an area with low phone signal engineers can continue to work and access data.
TechCall provides access to current service jobs, project calls, preventative maintenance schedules, and machine service histories.
It also allows the capture of claims, security and vend refill information and the technician can attach files and photographs to any job before it is submitted to OneOS®.
TechCall also integrates the internal messaging and address book, and provides turn by turn satellite navigation and direct calling of sites and contacts.
