New company logo to be revealed at ICE

The SUZOHAPP global team extends a warm welcome to all attendees at the ICE tradeshow, set to take place in London between 7th and 9th February. Visitors are all invited to come to stand #N4-110 to discover the latest innovations from SUZOHAPP.

At ICE, SUZOHAPP will be presenting its greatest range ever – a mix of well-known products and solutions alongside a range of new innovations that will be shown for the first time in Europe.

This year’s ICE will be really special for SUZOHAPP as a significant milestone will be marked: the new company logo will be revealed during the London tradeshow. “We are really excited to unveil our new logo at ICE!” comments Sim Bielak, SUZOHAPP Chief Marketing Office. “We are pleased to have managed this new beginning successfully. Our new logo strongly illustrates our new vision and mission and it represents a turning point in our history – commencing a new era for SUZOHAPP”.

SUZOHAPP has grown to become a truly global technology company providing software and hardware for cash handling automation and self-service solutions to more than 25,000 customers throughout the world. The new position that SUZOHAPP represents in the market place has warranted the creation of a new company logo.

Looking to the cash handling technology, SUZOHAPP has become a global supplier of complete solutions and at ICE a great variety of these will be displayed.

The money changing solutions will be in the spotlight thanks to the Comestero changer range. The coin and banknote counters and sorters from SCAN COIN have been in strong demand in the banking, transport and retail sectors for many years and now – thanks to the acquisition through SUZOHAPP – are available to the global gaming market. Adding to this, SUZOHAPP will introduce its Cash Complete™ concept to the European market at ICE. These unique smart solutions are able to seriously improve business with cash management intelligence and ensure a timely return on investment. The new range comprised of 3 product lines – SDS, SPS and RCS – and also includes the unique CashComplete™ software platform that is the ultimate solution for superior financial and operational control of cash. These cash handling systems will be rounded off by the CRT (Cash Redemption Terminal) that will be a further premiere for ICE. This complete redemption terminal for cards or tickets has been cleverly designed so that access for service requirements and cash clearance are

separated. The CRT includes all the payment methods to ensure that customers have entire redemption possibilities – including barcode reader, TiTo, banknote and coin validation and payout.

Turning to components and spare parts – SUZOHAPP acts as master distributor for industry-leading companies. For touchscreens, the global partner is Elo Touch. This year’s ICE will see the focus on the Elo 90-series open frame monitors, touch screen desktops and interactive digital signage. Ticket-based gaming continues on the rise and the SUZOHAPP partner here is TransAct. The new Epic Edge™ printer will be shown for the first time at ICE that represents the next level in printing technology, including its new 300 DPI print resolution. A great emphasis will be put on the Epicentral, as it is the gaming industry’s only enterprise-level promotion and bonusing software that targets customers in real time and has proved to increase revenue significantly.

SUZOHAPP has built up its own product range throughout the years and offers key solutions for practically all component requirements. SUZOHAPP can assist you with all kind of monitors applications – particular focus in the stand will be placed on the Vision Pro monitors as well as LCD button decks. A selection of components will be on display including note validators (MFL and SC Advance), note recyclers (Bill-toBill 300), coin validators (RM5 HD) and coin pay-out devices (such as Evolution, Cube and Flow hopper). A new revolutionary coin handling device – ICS (Intelligent Coin Systems) – will be also launched at ICE.

Another area of great competence revolves around toppers that are a great addition to every cabinet. The latest SH1950 video topper was launched only last year and it is already a bestseller. This year a new SH1950 non-LCD topper will be introduced at ICE.

The pushbutton range is extremely broad, including the new Picture Key Technology (PKT) that represents the future for buttons. The new single-panel system can feature a variety of button configurations that displays any content from underneath the surface on the glass push buttons. It can be customized and implanted to any Gaming application.

“We continue to invest to lead the market in the world of components and solutions. Never before have we had so many outstanding solutions to proudly display”, explains Goran Sovilj, Regional Sales Director of SUZOHAPP EMEA. “Operators cannot afford to miss coming to see us at stand #N4-110. We send out a warm welcome to all ICE visitors!”
