Bandai Namco was impressed by the calibre of visitor to their stand at the recent EAS show in Amsterdam.
“It was fantastic to see so many customers from such a wide range of countries at this one show. It is rapidly becoming one of the most important shows on the calendar for us as a company,” says John Brennan, Commercial Director at Bandai Namco Amusements Europe Ltd.
EAS was the first European showing of Lost Land of Adventure for the company. This strategic shooting game features an industry first – a dome-shaped mega-screen on a two-player cabinet, resulting in a completely immersive experience.
“Lost Land of Adventure is simply spectacular and visitors to EAS were extremely impressed,” comments John Brennan, Commercial Director. “Bandai Namco is renowned for its show-stopping centerpiece attractions which are enhanced by extremely immersive gameplay. Lost Land of Adventures has it all.”
Bandia Namco also enjoyed strong sales of its Mario Kart racing game, which is fast claiming the title of “No 1 Game” along with the renowned Deadstorm Pirates Special Edition and Aliens DX, based on the hit film franchise.
“We believe we cater for all areas of the market,” adds John. “We had everything from the massive theatre attractions, through to incredible licences such as Aliens and Batman on the stand. Then there were titles such as Super Alpine Racer, which build on the success of previous proven Bandai Namco hits. Combine this with our comprehensive redemption range and we were rushed off our feet on the stand.”
