GameProm, owner of Efbet Casino Group, which operates 21 casinos across Bulgaria, has signed a preferred supplier agreement with Crane Payment Innovations (CPI), a Crane Co. Company. Under the agreement, GameProm will continue to specify SC Advance as its default note acceptor on new and existing games for three more years.
“We’ve relied on SC note acceptors for years, beginning with CASHFLOW SC and now SC Advance,” said Marina Zaharieva, trade manager at GameProm. “Having enjoyed the best in performance for so long, the decision to continue using SC Advance was intuitive. Its security and high acceptance rate really plays a key role in our success – as does the responsive service that CPI provides.”
SC Advance evolved from the CASHFLOW SC note acceptor to further improve upon the key performance attributes responsible for operator profitability and player satisfaction – acceptance rate, jam rate, security and total cost of ownership. Specific enhancements include an improved recognition system, increased noteset memory, faster note-to-note speed and additional protection against fraudulent note constructions. This dramatic leap in performance has helped grow the installed field base of SC note acceptors to more than 2 million units worldwide.
“We are delighted that GameProm continues to select SC Advance as its default note acceptor for their Efbet Casinos,” said Anette Jauch, CPI sales director for Gaming – EMEA. “Loyalty such as theirs confirms that we’re delivering exactly the kind of value we aim to generate for our customers. It is very rewarding to hear that our products are contributing to the bottom line, and we look forward to continuing our strong partnership well into the future.”
