edict egaming, the specialist for online gaming platforms within the Gauselmann Group, took part for the seventh time in the leading European trade fair for interactive games, EiG. The B2B event, held for the third time in succession in Berlin from 18 to 20 October, offered the edict team an ideal presentation platform to showcase its product innovations.

In addition to many trade fair visitors and customers, the edict egaming team also welcomed the chairman of the German online casino association (DOCV), Dr Dirk Quermann, at the stand, who above all used the occasion to speak out in favour of clearly defined rules for fair competition and effective consumer protection in the digital age. This is a cause which the Gauselmann Group also endorses. “At this year’s EiG, we again welcomed a large number of visitors to our edict stand and established contacts to many potential new customers, strengthened relationships with existing customers and also conducted important talks with representatives from the worlds of politics and business,” said Alexander Martin, Board of Management member for “New Media” at the Gauselmann Group.

“The keen interest actually exceeded all our expectations. We are very proud of the high level of positive feedback.” The trade audience was also enthusiastic about the edict Game Solution, via which the popular Merkur games are marketed internationally for online casino operators and betting operators. The Turnkey Solution, edict’s full-service package for the operation of online casinos, was presented at the EiG for the first time with the new mobile app. “The edict Turnkey Solution makes our casino software even more attractive for operators,” explains edict’s managing director Dominic-Daniel Liénard. “The many new Merkur games in HTML5 technology also underscore our orientation towards the growing market of gamers who want to play Merkur slots on their smartphones or tablets.”
