AiSolve, the UK-based specialist in artificial intelligence-powered virtual reality, has partnered with the world’s leading interactive entertainment software publishers, BANDAI NAMCO, to bring WePlayVR to London’s ExCel Exhibition Centre for EAG International on the 16-18th January 2018. WePlayVR is AiSolve’s modular, location-based VR arcade for family entertainment centres, malls and leisure destinations.
WePlayVR, powered by AiSolve’s proprietary AI framework and show control system, has launched in over 15 locations globally. BANDAI NAMCO has been a key distribution partner for AiSolve and will continue to support WePlayVR’s international expansion across 2018 – a year which will be AiSolve’s biggest yet.
AiSolve CEO Devi Kolli said, “We designed WePlayVR to be affordable and scalable so that our customers have a hi-tech VR attraction that’s viable today, tomorrow and five years from now.”
After a record-breaking showing at IAAPA in Orlando, Florida and an ever-growing partnership, BANDAI NAMCO has invited AiSolve to exhibit alongside the global company once again. AiSolve and BANDAI NAMCO will be located at stand 620.
BANDAI NAMCO Amusement Europe Sales and Commercial Director, James Anderson, said: “We had an unprecedented reaction to WePlayVR at IAAPA, where visitors queued around the stand to try out Alien Invasion. Virtual reality offers us the opportunity to bring something new and fresh to our amusement and leisure locations and to constantly update the content to keep people coming back time after time.”
Over the course of the three-day event, AiSolve will demo two of its immersive games: the established “Mayan Adventure” and, making its European debut, its newest release, “Alien Invasion.” Both of these games and future titles are developed by AiSolve exclusively for WePlayVR.
Kolli added: “Our immersive VR games combine the best of VR and physical gaming and the response from owners and operators in the leisure and arcade markets has been outstanding.”
WePlayVR was developed for family entertainment centres, museums and leisure destinations. Built with flexible hardware and software, WePlayVR offers a safe yet thrilling experience in a compact, plug-and-play, modular, 3m x 3m enclosed VR arena. The gaming platform can expand from a single player space to a larger footprint to accommodate more players and more technology. 4D features such as wind, mist, heat and motion platform technology can be incorporated into WePlayVR. The entire platform utilises AiSolve’s own in-house AI framework and analytics to capture user data to improve the experiences.
Alien Invasion is now shipping to WePlayVR arenas through AiSolve’s exclusive content library. The official game trailer for ‘Alien Invasion’ is available to download at:

At the BANDAI NAMCO booth, visitors will be able to slip into a lightweight VR backpack with an attached VR headset and walk through either virtual ancient Mayan ruins or Alien Invasion’s nuclear reactor, with interactive gaming challenges at every step. Fully immersed yet moving freely, players will experience VR gaming like never before.
